At Kozylight, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can contact us within 30 days after delivery to request a return or refund.

Once an order has been shipped, we are no longer able to make changes due to shipping carrier policies and privacy regulations.

You can request a change or cancellation within 5 hours of placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@kozylight.com. After this period, your order may already be in processing or shipment, and changes may no longer be possible.

Some items may be shipped from different warehouses, which means your order can arrive in multiple deliveries. If you are still waiting for part of your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help ensure everything arrives safely.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Kozylight offers free adjustments for details such as cable length or suspension height on many products. Simply leave a note at checkout or contact us after placing your order.
